Currently, purchases made on Alsamah.com. orders are delivered within 4 days deliveries are made from mondays - fridays, on weekends and on public holidays there are no deliveries.

All domestic orders will be shipped via aramex, unless you choose an expedited shipping method during checkout.

We will notify you via the email address that you provide if there is any issue with your order. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
